The first time I saw Rachel what struck me was her face that seemed straight out of a Thin Man novel. Refined and Beautiful. The second thing I noticed was the super hot jumpsuit she was wearing that would make me look like a transvestite but that looked fantastic on her. She has an eye for combining subtle with bold that I've learned carries over to her very beautiful textile line.
As she prepares for her launch at HEATH, I came over to take a look at what she's been working on.
Her work is gorgeous. Natural fabrics combined with geometric patterns and unexpected pops of color. Arrows and dots arranged in different ways on table clothes, napkins, pillows and scarves. My favorite- a white table cloth with bright neon yellow arrows running down the middle. Unexpected and lovely.
